Tanzania is blessed with some of the best safari destinations on the planet. The government has also done a wonderful job in protecting so much of the land to preserve this great asset. In fact 28% of Tanzania's terrestrial land is under protected status.
By far the most sought after destinations for safaris are in the north of the country. With the magnificent Mt. Kilimanjaro also being located in the north, this area receives the most number of tourists. The town of Moshi and Arusha city are where most safari tours start from. We prefer Moshi due to its small town atmosphere, its cleanliness and the wonderful backdrop of Mt. Kilimanjaro. If you prefer Arusha though, we can easily begin the itinerary from there. Both towns are located 45 minutes from Kilimanjaro International Airport.
The Northern Safari Circuit consists of Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Lake Manyara National Park, Tarangire National Park, Arusha National Park and Mkomazi National Park. Although they are located close to one another, each park has its own unique qualities that make visiting several of them worthwhile. Eco-Africa Climbing Offers luxury lodge safaris, permanent tented safaris as well as camping safaris. We can fit most every budget. You can choose to fly into parks by small plane or by safari vehicle. Our vehicles are all well maintained 4x4 wheel drive with safari viewing roofs. On our camping safaris, we supply quality tents and we prepare meals for you. We can accommodate special diet needs (if notified before the trip).

In the morning you will drive to the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and after registration you will descend to the Crater Floor. You will do a full day of game drives at the floor and have

After lunch you will continue with game drives in the Crater floor in search of the rhinos, elephants, lions, buffaloes, zebras, impalas, gerenuks, etc.Ngorongoro Crater is also famous for bird life and at the Lake makat at the middle of the crater floor you can see, flamingos, pelicans Egyptian geese, and many more aquatic species. Other
birds include the hammer kop, Lilac breasted rollers weavers and many more. Later in the afternoon you will drive up the Crater Rim for overnight at Rhino Lodge. Lunch box and dinner
Day 2: Ngorongoro - Serengeti.
After breakfast at your lodge you will depart for the most famous and the first national park to be gazette in Tanzania; The Serengeti National Park. On your way you have the chance to visit Olduvai- Gorge where human fossils were discovered by the Leakey’s family suggesting that mankind started in Africa. Inside the Serengeti you expect to see lots of animals all year round
but it is the Migration herds that amaze many a traveler. Resident animals include buffaloes, elephants, cheetahs, lions, baboons, zebras and so many bird species. Overnight will be either at Serengeti Heritage Camp for that out ‘of Africa style’ feeling. All meals included.

Trip deposits are non-refundable and balance payments are only partially refundable. Therefore, it is prudent for you to protect your investment against trip cancellation, interruption, delays and unforeseeable expenses. Standard travel insurance provides coverage for:
• Trip interruption
• Missed connection
• Travel delay
• Baggage delay and personal items lost
• Hurricane and weather
• Employment layoff
• Pre-existing medical conditions
• Emergency medical
• Medical evacuation and repatriation
• Financial default
At a minimum, the insurance should protect you against trip cancellation and trip interruption, should you need to cancel your trip due to circumstances such as training injuries or sickness or emergencies. Ideally, insurance should cover high altitude trekking (not to be confused with "mountaineering" or "mountain climbing" which most insurance will not cover) and all medical and repatriation costs.
